Register and classify incidents to maintain an updated knowledge base. Track and escalate incidents or second-level requests. Monitor branch opening and closing times to support operational reconciliations and advisory services. Provide support and guidance in accordance with established policies and service-level agreements. · What We Are Looking For: 1–2 years of experience in telephone support or end-user assistance. Strong communication skills and service orientation. Problem-solving ability and capacity to track incidents.
