Post job openings on job boards and professional networks. Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews. Maintain and update personnel files. Support onboarding of new employees. Track incidents, documentation, and databases. Participate in workplace climate and organizational culture initiatives. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department. Requirements Currently enrolled student in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic proficiency in Excel and Office tools. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
