Knowledge of ITIL methodology Proficiency with Office in all versions and AI tools Knowledge in repairing computing equipment (Laptop, Desktop, Micro), managing manufacturer support for equipment under warranty and support contracts. Procurement management of ICT related to Infrastructure, in projects and activities to meet company needs. Basic knowledge in infrastructure: physical and virtual servers, switches, Cisco equipment, wired and wireless networks, communication protocols and functionality validation. Basic administration of Windows servers (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS) Knowledge in configuration and support of technological equipment (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, office label printers, laser printers), as well as production floor equipment within the domain. Service coverage and availability for emergencies or failures Intermediate English (B2 level, able to write/communicate) Schedule according to company needs and all its departments. End-user support, attention, and follow-up on activities. Configuration and support (without replacing parts or disassembling equipment) for smartphones, handling iOS and Android. Identification and recommendations through detection of opportunities and/or efficiencies to be applied in processes, procedures, and/or company technology equipment. Tracking, identification, diagnosis, resolution, and logging of incidents/contingencies, along with analysis to prevent recurrence. Asset Management for Network Infrastructure and Data Center equipment on company platforms or systems. Ensure and maintain 5S standards and cleanliness in workspaces, warehouse, and ICT storage areas.
