**Quality Manager** **Location:** Plasyect – Av. Barrio de Guadalupe, Col. Barrio de Guadalupe **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00 hrs. **Position Objective** Ensure that all manufactured products meet established quality standards, guaranteeing efficient processes and results aligned with customer requirements. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical or incomplete engineering degree in Industrial or Production Processes, * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar positions (Quality Analyst or Quality Inspector). * **Technical knowledge:** * EVA injection production processes. * Quality assurance. * Production line balancing. * Proficiency in **Microsoft 365** and **BIGZAP** software (intermediate level). **Main Responsibilities** * Schedule and review in-process and final product audits according to the sampling plan and defect catalog. * Plan and coordinate dimensional and destructive tests according to the quality plan. * Release machines according to defined standards and verify operating parameters. * Manage quality claims related to in-process materials, raw materials, and packaging materials. * Supervise proper use of work equipment and compliance with maintenance programs. * Conduct traceability exercises and root cause analysis in case of deviations. * Document test results and generate technical reports in the **BIGZAP** system. * Collaborate in implementing corrective and preventive actions to ensure continuous improvement. **Personal Competencies** * Sense of urgency. * Planning and organization. * Decision-making and conflict resolution skills. * Results-oriented. * Ability to work under pressure. * Leadership and effective communication. * Proactivity and analytical thinking. **We Offer** * Weekly gross salary * Statutory benefits * 30 days year-end bonus * Transportation * Uniforms * Free cafeteria * Professional development opportunities.
