Job Summary: Die-Cutting Operator for manufacturing and marketing cardboard boxes, adjusting die-cutting machines and ensuring product quality in an organized work environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and adjust die-cutting machines according to production orders. 2. Verify product quality and customer standards. 3. Keep the work area, machinery, and tools clean and organized. Seeking: DIE-CUTTING OPERATOR ***Job Objective*** Operate and adjust the die-cutting machine to produce products according to customer specifications and the established production schedule, ensuring product quality while maintaining a clean and organized work area, machinery, equipment, and tools. Duties and Responsibilities * Operate and adjust the die-cutting machine according to the production order. * Verify that the product meets customer specifications and quality standards. * Prepare dies and perform cutting adjustments, feeder calibration, and matrix or stripper plate placement. * Record completed production in the appropriate forms. * Coordinate and support assigned assistants during the process. * Meet the production schedule and minimize downtime. * Perform basic autonomous maintenance on the machine. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, machinery, and tools (5S). * Report malfunctions, deviations, or incidents occurring during production. * Propose process improvements and support other departments as needed. Requirements * Minimum education: junior high school or high school diploma. * Experience operating die-cutting machines or production machinery. * Experience in graphic arts processes or packaging manufacturing (preferred). * Availability to work rotating shifts.
