SURGICAL INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN NURSE FOR ARTHROSCOPY AND OSTEOSYNTHESIS EDUCATION: Surgical Nurse or Bachelor's in Nursing Requirements: Availability of time and ability to travel within the metropolitan area One year of experience in surgical preparation and knowledge of Arthroscopy and Osteosynthesis Responsibilities: * Management of equipment for Arthroscopy surgery * Instrumentation in surgeries and assistance to doctors * Sterilization of materials and compliance with hospital processes and procedures * Preparation of all necessary instruments and materials for surgery, verifying nothing is missing before the surgery begins * Assembly and delivery of medical equipment according to handover requirements * Completion of inventory entry and exit documentation * Collection of quality survey feedback WE OFFER: * Base salary plus payment per surgery starting at $1,800 per event. * Statutory benefits * Continuous training Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible hours * Option for indefinite contract Workplace: On-site position
