Main Responsibilities: · Preparation and cooking of menus and dishes following the head chef’s instructions. · Organization and control of raw material stock, including placing orders and receiving goods. · Maintenance of cleanliness and order in the work area, complying with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP). · Collaboration in waste management. · Active participation in setting up and dismantling the service line when required. · Operation of kitchen equipment (ovens, griddles, fryers, etc.). · Temperature monitoring and proper cooking of food. · Attention to specific diner needs, informing waitstaff of allergens where applicable. · Collaboration with other kitchen team members to ensure efficient and high-quality service. ### **Requirements** · Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role. · Demonstrable experience of at least 1 year as a cook or kitchen assistant. · Knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling. · Ability to work effectively in a team. · Flexible availability to adapt to rotating shifts. · Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment. · Hospitality and Tourism training or equivalent is desirable. · Residence in the area or daily commuting capability. · Valid food handler’s certificate. · Valid Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle to reach the workplace. ### **Offered** · Location: Province of León (40 km from León city). · Schedule: Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon). · Immediate Start.
