Opportunity to develop commercial and business initiatives We are looking for a Restaurant Operations Partner with experience in administration and operations **Requirements:** Work location: León, Guanajuato Bachelor's degree in Administration, Tourism, or related field Excellent executive presence Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in the restaurant industry and in a similar position Extensive knowledge of wines and spirits Warmth and empathy Proactive, charismatic, leadership-oriented, and results-driven Flexible schedule (one weekend off per month) Passion for challenges Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork ability, and capacity to work under pressure. **Responsibilities:** Support follow-up on regional management reports and meeting minutes. Develop and execute various initiatives based on customer needs, identifying business opportunities. Responsible for formulating the restaurant’s commercial strategy. Ensure operational excellence. **Manage all personnel-related matters, including:** staff coordination, payroll incidents, training, performance evaluation, and workplace climate. Achieve key performance indicators such as sales targets, guest satisfaction, costs, profitability, etc. Monitor processes, policies, and procedures. Oversee food and beverage operations (training, service, kitchen, and systems). Control and implement quality standards.
