Work location: North Zone. Requirements: + Advanced-intermediate English. + Experience: 5 years in web development. + Knowledge of: WordPress (PHP) or JavaScript + Demonstrated experience improving website performance and SEO outcomes. + Management of multisite environments or multibrand architectures. + Familiarity with hosting platforms such as WP Engine or similar. + Experience integrating forms, CRM systems, and marketing tools. + Solid knowledge of:  Core Web Vitals  Web security best practices  Spam prevention techniques Main Responsibilities: Website Performance and Optimization • Audit and redesign underperforming websites (speed, SEO, security). • Improve page load times (target: under 3 seconds versus current over 30 seconds). • Ensure all websites comply with current standards (Core Web Vitals, security, mobile responsiveness). • Implement anti-spam and lead quality controls across all forms. Platform Consolidation and Architecture • Migrate multiple websites (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace) to a unified, scalable platform. • Design a centralized infrastructure (e.g., WP Engine or similar) for: o Hosting o Data analytics o Maintenance o Updates • Standardize templates, components, and backend systems across all brands. Scalable Multibrand System Design • Create a repeatable framework for: o Rapidly launching new websites for acquired companies o Integrating new brands into the ecosystem with minimal friction • Centralize core functionalities: o Lead generation o Appointment scheduling systems o CRM integrations Time-to-Market Speed (Critical) • Deliver rapid-response solutions aligned with the business’s seasonal demands. • Prioritize fast implementation strategies without compromising quality. • Work under tight deadlines to maximize impact during peak activity months. Modern Tech Stack and Innovation • Make decisions regarding CMS and architecture (WordPress or other alternatives). • Evaluate and implement AI-powered development tools. • Leverage, where appropriate, JavaScript-based frameworks to build high-speed landing pages and marketing campaigns. • Balance stability (WordPress) with innovation (AI, modern front-end frameworks).
