Objective: Ensure proper execution, standardization, and supervision of Human Resources processes in assigned offices, guaranteeing staffing coverage, legal and labor compliance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities - Coordinate and supervise the HR and recruitment team across offices within your region. - Ensure timely coverage of operational and administrative vacancies - Implement and execute mass recruitment strategies - Monitor key indicators (staffing coverage, turnover, absenteeism) - Ensure compliance with labor regulations, internal processes, and audits - Standardize recruitment, selection, hiring, onboarding, and personnel file management processes - Manage labor incidents - Coordinate employee retention plans - Support the launch of new services Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field - Preferred: Specialization or diploma in labor law or HR - 4 years of experience in Human Resources, including 2 years in coordinator or supervisory roles - Experience in mass recruitment, labor relations, and performance metrics - Proficiency in Excel - Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and IMSS Law - Willingness to travel Work location: Adolfo López Mateos, Obregón, León del Aldama, Guanajuato. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Specialization 6 years of experience Knowledge areas: Regulatory compliance, Efficiency, Labor laws, Recruitment, Human resources, Personnel selection Keywords: resident, supervisor, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, resources, human
