Position Summary: Coordinate procurement, replenishment, storage, and distribution activities for machinery, materials, and products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage inventory of machines and products. 2. Conduct inspections and coordinate minor repairs. 3. We are a global company, and our products—including mobile elevating work platforms, telehandlers, utility vehicles and accessories—can be found all over the world.** **Description:** Plan, direct, and coordinate procurement, replenishment, storage, and distribution activities for the company’s machinery, materials, and products. **Responsibilities:** * Place and track replenishment orders with JLG NA or JLG León plants for warehouse stock. * Receive, inspect, and store inventory machines upon arrival at the warehouse. Enter units into the inventory control system. * Clean incoming machines and repair minor transit damage or factory defects. Report major defects to the JLG Mexico service team for external repair coordination. * Maintain clean and organized inventory for inspection by customers or JLG personnel. * Perform periodic physical inventory counts and report by model and serial number as directed by the JLG Accounting team. * Conduct pre-delivery inspections on each unit prior to shipment or customer carrier pickup. * Invoice units shipped from the warehouse within the JLG Maquinaria billing and inventory control system. * Coordinate machine shipments to customers via designated carriers or JLG-approved suppliers. * Other duties as required. **Basic and Preferred Qualifications** **Education:** * Completed high school and/or technical degree * **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years within the company, preferably in materials, warehouse, or shipping functions. * Forklift operation experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * ERP system experience * Effective machinery handling skills * Basic English language proficiency **Required Competencies:** * Commitment * Communication * Results-oriented mindset * Autonomy
