Job Description We are seeking an **IT Technical Support Intern** with a technical focus, proactive attitude, and passion for user support, who is interested in growing within the field of technology and digital solutions. **Required Profile:** * Student, recent graduate, or degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. * Interest in developing expertise in technical support. * Service-oriented attitude and user-focused communication skills. * Proactive and eager to learn. * Ability to resolve basic technical issues. * Teamwork and strong communication skills. * Full-time availability. **Desired Knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of technical support for computer equipment. * Basic software installation and configuration.
