Position Summary: Kromberg & Schubert is seeking an Engineering Technician with experience in machinery maintenance, injection process adjustment, and robot program development, plus intermediate English proficiency. Supervision and training of personnel under supervision. **Kromberg \& Schubert** Plant located in San Francisco del Rincón is looking for your talent — we seek individuals who make a difference and invite you to join us as: **ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Maintenance, Electromechanics, or Industrial Engineering. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Adjust polymer processing machines and perform basic maintenance. * Perform adjustments to the injection process. * Develop robot programs, adjust sequences, and fabricate EOATs. * Adjust and maintain EOATs. * Complete and track TPM records. * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance. * Report defects in products, processes, or machinery. * Supervise and carry out functions related to personnel under supervision. * Comply with integrated management system requirements (IATF 16949/ISO 14001 and VDA 6\.3\). * Participate in SMED improvement activities and continuous improvement initiatives. * Train personnel. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund.
