Job Summary: Cargo Service is seeking a Monitoring Supervisor to supervise vehicles in real time, coordinate incident response, and maintain communication with drivers and customers. Responsibilities: * Supervise real-time vehicle monitoring via GPS platforms. * Verify compliance with authorized routes, transit times, and permitted stops. * Coordinate immediate response to operational incidents, including theft, route deviations, accidents, or mechanical failures. * Track vehicles that are stopped or triggering security alerts. * Validate compliance with safety and response protocols. * Maintain constant communication with drivers and customers. * Prepare daily reports on incidents, trip status, and productivity. * Coordinate shift handovers and coverage for monitoring staff. * Ensure logbooks and operational records are up to date. * Supervise adherence to loading and unloading appointments. Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
