To do so, they follow brand values to provide a unique experience to athletes visiting Under Armour. This position reports to the store manager and is responsible for carrying out routine tasks to support store operations. The sales associate assumes inventory specialist responsibilities in their absence. **Your Impact** -------------- ***Sales and Omni*** * Provide direct assistance to athletes in sales to achieve KPI targets set by the store manager. Respond to omnichannel requests according to UA procedures and policy through a digital experience ***Brand Image and Customer Experience*** * Serve as an example of UA's service culture and meet customer expectations * Communicate the brand message according to UA's service model when assisting athletes * Incorporate product knowledge into the sales process through training received ***Retail Store Operations*** * Adapt to standards related to merchandise and product setup * Comply with UA policies and procedures * Complete operational and cash processes (manual or system-based) according to training received * Adhere to Under Armour's dress code and attendance policies * Work scheduled hours per Under Armour's attendance policy ***Team Collaboration / Self-Development*** * Collaborate with the rest of the staff to achieve store goals. Take responsibility for self-development and take advantage of personal growth opportunities to improve performance **Qualifications** ------------------ * Basic numerical data, reading, listening, and communication skills.
