ASSEMBLY SUPERVISOR

Description

Position Summary: Supervises production, ensures resource availability, implements quality improvements and new products, and manages operational personnel and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in quality improvement and new product development 2. Comprehensive management of production and operational personnel 3. Promotes order and cleanliness, and resolves problems 1. Review the weekly production schedule with the Production Manager and verify its feasibility 2. Participate in production meetings to monitor production schedules 3. Participate in quality meetings to analyze root causes and define improvement commitments aimed at reducing quality defect rates 4. Verify that resources required for production achievement are available (direct labor, materials, tooling, machinery, etc.) 5. Actively participate in the implementation of new products together with Design and Quality departments 6. Ensure the hourly progress board is updated and progress data is entered into the system, while taking timely corrective actions to guarantee daily production targets 7. Immediately address departmental quality incidents with the relevant operational personnel to correct issues and minimize impact on production objectives 8. Request and ensure timely maintenance of machinery and equipment 9. Prepare and submit the daily production achievement report 10. Ensure the department remains clean and orderly in accordance with established 5S requirements 11. Ensure operational personnel comply with internal work regulations and issue verbal or written warnings when requirements are not met 12. Conduct monthly physical inventories and submit results to the Production Manager SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION 1.
