Work in an environment committed to sustainability and responsible development. **Responsibilities:** * 1\.\- Plan operations and actively participate in the long-term environmental program, * ensuring optimal process performance and continuous improvement of the area for * conservation and maintenance of the highway and facilities. * 2\.\- Design and disseminate methods and procedures, and carry out planning and * review of activities and required materials to optimize resources. * 3\.\- Prepare reports on environmental progress and results, promptly identifying * potential deviations and implementing necessary corrective actions, as well as changes * in applicable legislation; additionally, responsible for communicating such information * to Human Resources for dissemination. * 4\.\- Attend and follow up on environmental certification audits. * 5\.\- Conduct procedures before government agencies to comply with legal regulations. * 6\.\- Register, monitor, and follow up on the management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. * 7 .\- Monitor applicable legislation regarding wastewater and waste management. * 8\.\- Provide environmental training to internal staff. **Position Profile** * Environmental Engineering or related field * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 39001 (desirable) standards * SAP proficiency * Applicable environmental regulations at municipal, state, and federal levels * Prior experience as responsible person for a workplace for a minimum of 4 years * Application and interpretation of environmental legislation for at least 3 years * Ability to operate standard and automatic vehicles, holding Class A driver's license We offer benefits exceeding statutory requirements
