The Process Quality Technician reports directly to the Process Quality Engineer (QAP) and indirectly to the Quality Leader. Deliverables are: line release forms, control charts, audits. **Requirements*** Knowledge of the process / process flow diagram. * Basic quality tools (Histogram, Pareto, Scatter Diagram, Stratification, Brainstorming, Ishikawa, Flow Diagram). * Problem solving (5 Whys / 8Ds / A3 / Is/Is Not Diagram). * SAP DP1 System (e.g., Block/Unblock, Inventories, BCS tracking, etc.). * SAP CSE System (Viewing drawings, Interpretation of dimensions, etc.). * Statistical process control (SPC). * Quality management system (Quality policy, structure, forms, records, etc.). \* ESH (Safety policy, Safety absolutes, PPE required per area)\* GD\&T \* Product knowledge\* Control plan & FMEA. * Basic quality tools (Histogram, Pareto, Scatter Diagram, Stratification, Brainstorming, Ishikawa, Flow Diagram) **Additional Information*** Ensure compliance with product requirements through process release documentation. * Create and maintain control charts to identify abnormalities during the process. Conduct product audits according to schedule and complete the product audit record to ensure customer requirements are met. Perform audits on (Poka Yokes and/or Fault Detection) according to procedure and established frequencies. * Issue and distribute quality alerts and visual aids, collecting signatures from involved personnel. * Prepare masters and/or prototypes. Deliver gauges / masters according to the Gage Track control program distributed by metrology, to ensure proper calibration and/or condition of these for the assigned line. Maintain evidence of activities performed (release reports, control charts, audits) timely and accurately by scanning applicable documents. Perform transactions in the SAP system for the quality department. Support inspection or containment activities arising from internal and external quality incidents. * Provide support on production lines in case of reported component issues. * Provide support on production lines in case of line rejections to assist in identifying root cause solutions. * Perform LPA.
