RESPONSIBILITIES: * Basic knowledge in electricity, masonry, painting, sheet metal work. * Operation of workshop equipment and tools. * Basic knowledge of welding processes. * Work at heights. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Identification of risks involved in various activities and the precautionary measures to be taken. * Supervise maintenance activities carried out by electricians, welders, general helpers, and other personnel under their charge. * Coordinate and assign tasks to personnel under their supervision. * Address and resolve situations and problems to improve and repair maintenance services. * Inspect ongoing work to determine progress levels. * Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment, furniture, and facilities. * Monitor personnel discipline, performance, and training. * Assist in the installation or dismantling of construction components.
