As an Amazon Delivery Station Associate, you will be part of Amazon's team responsible for the final stop before delivering smiles to customers. This physically demanding, fast-paced role receives trucks filled with pre-packed orders, which are then prepared for delivery. You will load conveyor belts, organize and transport deliveries for pickup by delivery drivers. Take advantage of the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art warehouse with flexible scheduling. We offer full-time positions with 8-hour daytime shifts totaling 48 hours per week, or 7-hour night shifts totaling 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities * Moving and stacking pallets. * Operating a hydraulic pallet jack. * General cleaning and organization of the work area. * Breaking down cardboard. * Auditing and unloading trailers. * Completing forms and paperwork. * Loading, labeling, and stacking packages (up to 20kg). * Sorting packages. * Organizing and dispatching delivery vehicles (motorcycles, cars, and/or vans). * Reconciling packages and inventory. * Labeling and identifying inventory. What We’re Looking For * Good physical condition to walk an average of 5 to 10 km daily. * Ability to stand and/or walk throughout a minimum ten-hour shift. * Proficiency with mobile devices and applications. * Flexibility to work and swap shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. * Ability to work under pressure (meeting productivity standards). * Ability to manage changing priorities and exercise sound judgment in stressful situations. * Effective communication skills. * Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment. **What It’s Like Working at a Delivery Station:** * Safety: Your safety is important to us, so we provide the necessary protective equipment. All work teams share safety tips daily. * Environment: You’ll work around moving machinery such as order collection carts, loading jacks, automated conveyors, forklifts, and mobile carts. * Activity: Some tasks may require standing in one place for extended periods, walking, or climbing stairs. * Temperature: Even with climate control, temperatures inside the warehouse can range from 15°C to 35°C. Yard or trailer temperatures may range from 10°C to 45°C. * Noise Level: It can occasionally be noisy. Hearing protection is provided if needed. * Dress Code: Casual, with some safety-related rules. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required. * Breaks: Amazon has implemented measures to ensure workers have access to appropriate seating. Day or night shifts are available. While schedules are fixed, workdays may vary. For example, an associate might work Monday through Friday one week and Tuesday through Saturday the next, but will always maintain the same shift hours, such as 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Review all options and choose the one that best fits your needs.
