Participation in updating career development and training plans GRUPO TRACSA - LEÓN Instructor Job Description: Document and develop materials for the certification of mining and construction technicians. Serve as a certifier for mining and construction technicians (if applicable). Participate in company-assigned training activities. Provide consulting and technical assistance services at workshops, job sites, machinery dealers, and customers. Verify travel expense claims for business trips. Conduct technical interviews for category assignment and submit results according to ISO Procedures and Instructions. Participate in updating career development plans for technical staff. Participate in developing/updating the Instructor’s career development plan. Participate in preparing the annual training plan jointly with your Coordinator and department. REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
