Description

Summary: This role involves managing purchasing, optimizing supply chain processes, and developing strong supplier relationships to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement. Highlights: 1. Manage purchasing and MRP requirements 2. Support continuous supply chain improvement initiatives 3. Develop strong supplier relationships **Responsibilities:** 1\. Review and execute MRP requirements to generate purchase orders. 2\. Ensure suppliers receive accurate and timely forecasts. 3\.Follow up with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and quantities. 4\. Escalate and resolve supply chain issues that may affect production or delivery. 5\. Support audits and provide information related to purchasing and planning processes. 6\. Coordinate with Production Planning, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations. 7\. Analyze purchasing data to identify opportunities for improvement. 8\. Develop KPIs for supplier performance and purchasing efficiency. 9\.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain. 10\.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to improve collaboration and performance. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Advanced English * Proficient in office software, proficient in ERP production management system, proficient in customer service work process * 2–3 years of experience in Material Planning, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
