Your mission will be to produce high-quality vertical photos and videos that highlight product aesthetics, ensuring professional clarity, color, and visual rhythm for social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS** * Production and editing of vertical content (Reels/TikTok). * Reflective product photography (glare control, backgrounds, and gradients). * Editing in **CapCut Pro** (keyframes, speed ramp, color correction, masks). * Proficiency with **Lightroom**, **Photoshop**, and **Canva Pro** (desirable). * Planning sets, lighting with softboxes or LED lights, reflection control. * Organization and classification of digital files into folders (Drive). * Sense of visual rhythm and creativity for loops or transitions. * Assertive communication, punctuality, and autonomous work. * Attention to detail and ability to meet weekly metrics. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Produce daily social media content (minimum 1 Reel per day). * Take between **6 and 8 product photos per week** (macro, flat lay, hero). * Edit videos optimized for Reels/TikTok, avoiding blown-out highlights or banding. * Collaborate with the Community Manager on content scheduling and publishing. * Create stories and behind-the-scenes (BTS) content. * Document lighting setups and file naming conventions. * Propose **3 new format or loop ideas per week**. * Meet visual quality standards and delivery timelines (≤ 24 hours per piece). **REQUIREMENTS** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years creating vertical content (photo and video) for brands. * **Mandatory portfolio** with examples of shiny or reflective products (jewelry, footwear, cosmetics). * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Multimedia, or Photography (completed or in progress). * **Technical knowledge:** * Vertical format 9:16 (1080x1920 px, minimum 30 fps). * Advanced editing in CapCut Pro. * Color correction and lighting control. * File organization and naming conventions. * **Soft skills:** organization, creativity, punctuality, and independent work. **SALARY AND BENEFITS** * **Base salary:** $8,000 net monthly. * **Statutory benefits:** IMSS, vacation, Christmas bonus, vacation premium. * **Ongoing training** in editing and content creation tools. * **Corporate t-shirt** after 3 months of employment. * Excellent work environment and growth opportunities within a creative setting. **JOB TYPE** * **Modality:** On-site. * **Work schedule:** * Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 hrs. * Alternate Saturdays from 9:00 to 14:00 hrs. *(During the first 3 months, all Saturdays are working days).* * **Position type:** Full time. **Education:** * Incomplete or ongoing bachelor's degree (desirable). **Experience:** * Visual content creation: minimum 2 years (mandatory). **Work location:** * **On-site** employment.
