POSITION MISSION: Coordinate and assign Operation Operators to each service according to company guidelines and strategies in order to meet customer and organizational requirements. Execute actions directed by the Transportation and Logistics Management teams. FUNCTIONS: · Verify that services offered to customers are carried out timely and properly by supervising OPERATORS. · Conduct client visits together with public relations staff and fulfill their · requirements. · Validate service execution (vehicle, operator, route) according to assignment. · Supervise the status of units entering maintenance to prevent contingencies. · Timely follow-up on customer complaints and resolve them within the established period (maximum 7 days). · Hold weekly meetings with assigned personnel (operators) to determine improvement actions and follow up on customer needs. · Report incidents occurring before, during, and after service delivery to relevant departments (administration, monitoring, public relations, management, clients). · Confirm fuel supply for vehicles with the fuel team and modify loads if necessary. · Ensure compliance with duties by supervised personnel. · Support the operations coordinator's activities when necessary. · Provide coordinators and operators with necessary materials, forms, and tools to carry out their tasks. · Compile completed services and send information to the Operations Management team. · Manage operator permits and verify information against operational needs. · Provide feedback to coordinators regarding fuel matters. · Update staffing template on a weekly basis and send information to logistics and human resources personnel.
