Promote and supervise appropriate conduct among monitors to maintain a positive working environment within the security monitoring center. Document and update procedures; train personnel under supervision; generate reports; process area-generated information and convert it into performance indicators; ensure achievement of departmental performance indicators. · WORK SCHEDULE Rotating shifts REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Criminology, Systems, Administrative Fields, or related disciplines. 2 years of experience in GPS, CCTV, and alarm monitoring. Implementation and improvement of quality management systems. Development of procedures and records. Preparation of executive reports. Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; GPS platforms; CCTV systems; alarm systems.
