**AT FOM,** We are a leading company in optical assemblies and are looking for an Engineer with **strong analytical, organizational, and structural skills** to optimize our production lines. **NO prior experience in Optical Fibers is required** (we will provide you with technical training), but you **MUST** be an expert in methodology, standardization, and process improvement. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Engineering Degree:** Industrial, Mechatronics, Electronics or related field (graduated or intern). * **Experience:** 1 to 3 years in manufacturing industry (preferably electronics, wiring harnesses or automotive).
