General Purpose Perform unloading, sorting, routing, and shipment of packages and mail by reviewing and scanning each shipment, always ensuring proper handling and stowage to meet delivery times and conditions according to quality standards. Results Main Functions 1. Receive packages and envelopes, verifying they belong to their delivery area to ensure they are dispatched on the correct route. 2. Organize and route guaranteed services into different trays of the vehicles to ensure successful delivery. 3. Scan shipments with container entry to generate corresponding delivery manifests, thus physically reconciling the various packages and envelopes. 4. Deliver the package or envelope in the mandatory presence of the customer by scanning and registering it on the handheld device, in order to request the customer's electronic signature confirming delivery. 5. Record shipments that were not successfully delivered using the optical reader system, in order to track their daily status. 6. Deliver occurrences at various sales points according to the assigned route and register them using the scanner, so the customer can collect their service. 7. Carry out collection of shipments from various customer addresses along the route, in order to register and control system access. 8. Return to the distribution center to turn in the vehicle and optical reader, generating the manifest report for the day’s route to reconcile shipments and maintain daily activity records. 9. Perform any other tasks or functions assigned by the immediate supervisor. Decision Making Internal Relations 1. Operations Supervisor to receive instructions for service improvement. 2.
