Job Summary: Monitor security systems, respond to incidents, report risks, and coordinate with authorities for physical security in Mexico. Key Responsibilities: 1. Security system monitoring and incident management. 2. Assistance in coordinating with authorities for physical security. 3. Advanced customer service for employees. **Objective:** Monitor security systems, collect information, assist employees who have experienced an incident, proactively notify about potential risks, support coordination with authorities and responsible departments handling physical security events in Mexico. **Experience and Knowledge in:** 1\. Security platforms (Alarm systems, CCTV, and GPS) (Intermediate) 2\. Microsoft Office applications (Intermediate) 3\. Customer Service (Advanced) *Desirable:* 1\. Experience in Monitoring Centers within the Banking Sector 2\.
