Project documentation administration and tracking. **ConsulCAP is seeking a Construction Project Control Analyst – Site Control in San Luis Huexotla \- Texcoco, State of Mexico** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ConsulCAP seeks your talent in the area of **PROJECT CONTROL** within the construction and civil works sector, to work in Texcoco, State of Mexico, managing and controlling the budget for each project undertaken by the company. **Responsibilities:** * Identify cost overruns in projects. * Control and authorize procurement movements, tools, and any inputs required for project execution. * Consolidate, per project, expenses, costs, payments made, and labor hours invested, using the company’s predefined institutional formats to ensure budget control and compliance. * Manage project files, maintaining both physical and digital records in order. * Track, account for, and record procurement movements and follow up on purchase requisitions per project. * Verify and validate the available stock of tools and machinery with the corresponding department. * Compile costs and expenses for each project. * Prepare delivery minutes for completed projects. **Requirements:** **PROVEN CONSTRUCTION AND CIVIL WORKS KNOWLEDGE IS MANDATORY.** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree (completed or incomplete) in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in project management. * Age between 25 and 45. * Proficiency in MS Project and Excel. * Valid documentation (official ID, tax status certificate, etc.). * Analytical. * Organized. * Team player with strong communication skills. * Project planning and monitoring. **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary. * Statutory benefits. * Direct employment contract with the company. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. * Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM. **Work Location:** San Luis Huexotla, Texcoco, State of Mexico.
