




A prominent Mexican company with experience in the production and export of bananas is looking for a **"Payroll Assistant"** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage employee attendance issues (delays, absences, vacations, disabilities). * Prepare and review weekly and biweekly payrolls. * Generate files in SUA. * Deliver monthly and annual payroll summaries to accounting. * Determine work risk premium for social security. * Ensure compliance with NOM-035 and other labor regulations. * Manage employee hires and terminations, calculate severance payments and settlements, perform annual ISR calculations, and calculate Christmas bonuses. **REQUIREMENTS** * Mandatory stable experience of 2 years performing similar duties. * Must have a degree in Accounting. * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. * Proficiency in software (NOI, SAE, ASPEL, SUA). * Knowledge of Federal Labor Law (LFT) and INFONAVIT, FONACOT portals. * Must live near the work location. **WE OFFER** * Monthly base salary. * Statutory benefits (from the first day of employment). * Semi-annual grocery vouchers. * 50% discount at the company cafeteria. * Personal days off. * Professional development and growth within the company based on performance. *WORK LOCATION: Central de Abastos, Iztapalapa.* Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site position
