We are seeking: **Construction and Project Manager for the Nueva Italia, Michoacán area** **Position Requirements** * Minimum education: University degree in Civil Engineering, Railway Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field. * Minimum experience: 5 years in infrastructure construction projects. * Proficiency in project management software. * Leadership, teamwork, negotiation, problem-solving, and effective communication skills. **Administrative and technical knowledge including:** * \* Budgetary control * \* Project budget estimation * \* Definition of scopes and conceptual catalogs **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of construction projects. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Control costs, schedules, and resources to optimize project profitability. * Coordinate with internal and external departments involved in the project. * Identify and mitigate risks during project execution. * Manage permits, licenses, and applicable regulations. * Prepare progress and results reports for management. * Lead the strategy for participating in tenders and contract negotiations. * Supervise the control, administration, and maintenance of the machinery fleet. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Competitive monthly salary * **Work location: Nueva Italia, Michoacán** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
