Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Support Engineer for implementation and technical support projects, performing installation, configuration, diagnosis, and follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. A technology-sector company is looking for a **Temporary Field Support Engineer**, with availability to travel and participate in implementation and technical support projects across various states of the country. We Offer Salary: **MXN $11,500 gross per month** **Hotel accommodation covered** during assignments (chain **One Hoteles**, including breakfast) **MXN $400 daily per diem** **Inter-city transportation covered by the company** Return to **Mexico City once per month on weekends** Approximately **4-month traveling project** Project Locations Work will be carried out in various cities, including: * **Zacatecas** * **Sonora** * **Caborca** * **Durango** * **Torreón** During this period, the employee will be assigned on-site in these locations. Main Responsibilities * On-site technical support. * Installation and configuration of equipment or systems. * Incident diagnosis and resolution. * Follow-up on reports and collection of technical information. * Coordination with internal teams for proper implementation. Requirements * Engineering or technical degree in **Computer Systems, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields**. * Availability to **travel continuously throughout the project**. * **No experience required** * Service-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills.
