BI Development \& Delivery * Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that deliver timely, actionable insights. * Develop and manage reusable data assets (datasets, measures, semantic models) that serve as the foundation for enterprise analytics. * Ensure performance optimization, visual clarity, and data integrity in all BI deliverables. 2\. Business Partnership \& Insight Generation * Collaborate with cross\-functional leaders to understand business goals, translate them into analytical requirements, and deliver insights that inform decisions. * Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities using data storytelling and visualization best practices. * Lead stakeholder presentations, ensuring insights are clear, credible, and connected to business value. 3\. Standards, Governance, and Handoff * Partner with Data Governance and Data Engineering teams to align on data quality, accessibility, and definitions. * Develop documentation, standards, and templates that promote consistency across departmental analytics teams. * Build and hand off self\-service BI solutions to business units when appropriate, providing training and support to ensure sustainability. 4\.
