Our Legal Ops Analyst will be responsible for supporting the review of corporate documents such as articles of incorporation, minutes of shareholder or board meetings, powers of attorney for legal representatives, drafting of contracts, and annexes related to financing granted by Xepelin. Your ability to understand and apply financial and technological laws will be essential to our organization’s success.
Additionally, you’ll have responsibilities impacting not only the legal function but also the broader business—such as identifying areas of opportunity for our team and designing and leading cost-effective, efficient solutions for them, working hand-in-hand with Xepelin’s various teams. * Ability to interpret and clearly communicate complex legal concepts to diverse teams and organizational levels.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; English is a plus.
