IMPORTANT LEADING PRINTER COMPANY, WE ARE SEEKING: **PRINTER TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER** **Requirements:** Age: 25 years or older Experience: Minimum one year as a technical support engineer for printers, computers and/or photocopiers. Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field. **Responsibilities:** **Support in the printing and envelope-stuffing process for account statements. (This will be your main responsibility)** \- Technical support for envelope-stuffing machines (training will be provided). Configure and install new printers. Manage orders and inventory of new equipment, spare parts, and supplies. Diagnose equipment issues. Respond to and resolve technical support tickets. Provide excellent customer service and support. **WE OFFER:** Work schedule from Monday to Friday (hybrid); only 10 days per month will be on-site.
