We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead and scale the onboarding and implementation process for Base customers in Mexico. This role is critical to ensuring customers have the system fully operational in the shortest possible time and begin generating value rapidly. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and partners, focusing on improving processes and accelerating time-to-go-live. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the implementation and onboarding process for new customers * Guide customers through system configuration until full implementation is achieved * Serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase * Design, document, and improve processes to accelerate implementations * Support integrations with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces in Mexico * Identify risks and blockers early and proactively resolve them * Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams * Train customers on best practices to maximize platform usage **Requirements:** * +2 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success within SaaS companies * Experience with e-commerce platforms and/or marketplaces (ideally in Mexico) * Ability to manage multiple implementations in parallel * Process-oriented profile focused on efficiency and results * Excellent communication and client-facing skills * Fluent English (spoken and written) * Residency in Mexico, Mexico City **Requirements** **Benefits** * Be part of a global company with a proven product and rapid expansion across LATAM. * A high-impact role in a strategic and growing market. * Work directly with top-tier teams in Product, Engineering, and Sales. * Hybrid work model, competitive compensation, and real opportunities for professional growth.
