Experience leading executive teams and transformation initiatives General Director (SOFOM, SAPI, SOFIPO) We seek a senior executive profile to lead the operations, strategic execution, and institutional strengthening of a financial platform focused on private structured credit. The role entails ensuring operational control, liquidity, portfolio performance, corporate governance, and alignment across key business areas. **Responsibilities** * Lead the company's strategic and operational execution. * Oversee liquidity, loan portfolio, risk, collections, and financial performance. * Implement controls, metrics, executive reporting, and KPI tracking. * Coordinate project recovery and restructuring. * Present results and progress to Management and the Board. * Integrate operations, finance, legal, commercial, and risk departments under a unified strategy. * Strengthen organizational structure, operational discipline, and decision-making processes. **Profile** * Minimum 10 years of experience in SOFOM, SOFIPO, SAPI, funds, or non-bank financial institutions. * Solid experience in private credit, structured funding, and corporate governance. * Knowledge of trusts, guarantees, distressed portfolios, and recovery processes. * Experience leading executive teams and institutional transformation initiatives. * Master’s degree and advanced English proficiency preferred. * Leadership profile with strategic vision and high execution capability. **Mexico City | On-site work | Willingness to travel.** Salary: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
