Therefore, we seek a highly skilled Systems Assistant with a proactive problem-solving mindset and comprehensive expertise in hardware, software, and networks. Requirements: • Education: Completed high school or Technical Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. • Work Experience: Minimum 1–2 years performing technical support duties (Levels 1 and 2) in corporate or distribution environments. • Behavioral Profile: We seek a resilient individual with high stress tolerance, strong self-management skills, and a pedagogical approach when assisting end users. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Support and Intervention (Remote and On-site) • Ensure system availability through remote support using cutting-edge tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP). • Advanced diagnosis and repair of hardware and software failures in Windows and macOS environments. • Configuration and optimization of drivers, office software suites, and critical business tools. 2. Hardware Asset Management and Lifecycle Administration • Strict control of technology inventories: servers, workstations, laptops, peripherals, and consumables. • Accurate documentation of asset flow (onboarding, offboarding, and assignments) using specialized asset management software. • Maintain adequate stock of technical supplies to prevent disruptions in the operational chain. 3. Infrastructure and Network Maintenance • Execution of scheduled preventive maintenance plans to extend equipment lifespan and reduce critical incidents. • Installation, configuration, and monitoring of LAN/WAN networks, ensuring stability of Wi-Fi access points and switches. • Physical infrastructure handling: structured cabling, rack cable management, and network/USB connections. 4. Data Security and Management • Implementation of security patches and critical operating system updates. • Support in cloud storage management and Active Directory administration. • Collaboration in applying policies based on international standards (e.g., ISO 27001) for information protection. 5. Reporting and Continuous Improvement • Preparation of detailed technical reports including root cause analysis, applied solutions, and recommendations to prevent recurrence. • Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), such as response times and internal user satisfaction levels. Required Technical Competencies: • Hardware: Repair of laptops, PCs, and peripherals (multifunction printers, scanners). • Networking: Router configuration, basic firewall knowledge (pfSense), and network segmentation. • Software: Proficiency in operating systems, diagnostic tools, and productivity suites. • Bonus: Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, PRTG) and basic virtualization knowledge.
