**We are looking for a Process Intern in CDMX!** **Company:** OXM TECH **Location:** Patricio Sanz 10, Code 2, Col del Valle Nte, Benito Juárez, 03103 Del Valle Nte, CDMX **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. **Requirements:** * **Currently enrolled student** in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Administration, or related field * **1 year remaining** until graduation * Availability to accommodate the schedule **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in analyzing and mapping processes related to company departments. * Identify process improvement opportunities; propose and design solutions to optimize process efficiency and effectiveness. * Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze data such as performance, absenteeism, turnover, among others. * Prepare HR reports and metrics to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of implemented policies and programs. * Participate in designing and implementing employee training and professional development programs. * Support execution of workplace wellness programs and team-building activities to foster a healthy and productive work environment. * Participate in planning, executing, and monitoring talent management–related projects; collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of HR projects with organizational goals. * Identify and manage risks associated with projects, proposing preventive and corrective measures as needed. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Excel — Advanced * Power BI or Tableau software — Intermediate/Advanced * Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) — Advanced * Project Management Systems (Asana/Trello) — Intermediate We seek a positive, adaptable, organized individual with a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, attention to detail, proactivity, and enthusiasm for teamwork. **We offer:** * Monthly financial support of $7,000 * Accident Insurance * Monthly Training Sessions (certificate provided) * Validation of Professional Internship and/or Social Service Position Type: Apprentice Salary: $7,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you a currently enrolled student?
