**Administrative Assistant Profile:** * Experience in positions similar to this vacancy. * Administrative knowledge. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Proactive, organized, and capable of working effectively in a team. * Proactive, able to make decisions based on results. * Self-managed, articulate, and skilled at conflict resolution. * Completed bachelor’s degree in a field related to the position (e.g., Administration or similar). * Excellent personal presentation. **Key Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:** * Analyze and submit purchase requests to suppliers. * Research and obtain supplier quotations for maintenance services. * Coordinate with external agents for procedures before government agencies. * Provide general support to operational management. * Prepare reports to support decision-making. * Serve as a communication liaison with other departments. * Manage physical and digital documentation. * Manage the office petty cash fund. * Receive, verify, and monitor branch sales reconciliation documentation. * Daily sales reporting. * Prepare and send documentation to the accounting firm. * Address store requests (maintenance, repairs). * Calculate sales commissions for payroll processing. * Prepare employee payroll (accounting for weekly incidents). * Supplier communications and coordination. * Receive goods jointly with the warehouse coordinator. * Generate supplier payment orders. * Make cash payments to suppliers. **We Offer:** * Positive work environment. * Salary growth based on skills and performance. * Central work location (San Juan de Dios). * Immediate hiring. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: Starting at $13,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
