A logistics-sector company is seeking a **Logistics Analyst** responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring transportation, distribution, and inventory operations, ensuring efficiency in costs, timelines, and service quality. **Main Responsibilities** Monitor the flow of goods from receipt through to customer delivery. Plan transportation routes and coordinate with logistics providers. Monitor logistics KPIs (service level, OTIF, transportation costs, productivity). Support inventory administration and control of inbound/outbound movements. Generate performance reports and proposals for continuous improvement. Address operational incidents related to transportation or distribution. Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, procurement, customer service). **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related field. Minimum of **2–3 years** of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain. Knowledge of route planning, inventory management, and logistics KPIs. Advanced Excel skills; ERP/WMS experience preferred. Intermediate English (preferred). Availability to work on-site in El Salto, Jalisco. **Competencies** Organization and planning.
