Due to expansion, we are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team. Requirements: * Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Telecommunications, or IT (Preferred) * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Customer service experience in problem resolution * Ability to work in a team * Strong communication skills Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to our customers. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues (video surveillance, telecommunications, infrastructure) * Prepare and present technical reports.
