We are currently seeking talent; joining our team is your best option, as we offer a life and career plan that ensures your financial and job stability while providing you with opportunities for professional growth within the company. **Position Title:** Regional Training Coordinator **Requirements**: * Completed degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field * Availability to travel * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position **Responsibilities**: * Plan, lead, and coordinate training activities that contribute to business and personnel growth * Identify training needs across all levels and departments of the company through the application of various assessment tools * Ensure implementation, development, and follow-up of the On\-boarding Program for new hires, guaranteeing its execution * Ensure compliance with STPS legal requirements and the SIRCE platform, maintaining up-to-date generation of DC1, DC2, DC3, DC4, and corresponding annexes aligned with national standards * Design and develop workshops, courses, tutorials, manuals, quick-reference guides, and instructional materials for operational and administrative departments, supporting business KPIs (including video-based content, remote training, e\-learning, brochures, etc.) * Guarantee execution of the Annual Training Master Plan (Hours/HC) through coordination with department managers and supervisors * Efficiently manage the department’s budget * Responsible for managing and following up on new training initiatives and National DO projects * Logistics and coordination of training events **We Offer**: * Base monthly salary of $22,700 MXN gross * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Life insurance * Work schedule: Monday to Friday * Opportunities for professional development **Work Location:** Guadalajara–Nogales Highway, San Juan de Ocotán, 45019 Zapopan, Jal.
