




**Functions and Responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection of operational, administrative, and technical personnel. * Preparation of employment contracts, personnel files, and registration/cancellation with the corresponding authorities. * Payroll incident tracking (absences, tardiness, vacations, disabilities, overtime). * Support in calculating and managing benefits: year-end bonus, vacations, vacation premium, severance payments, and settlements. * Handling and follow-up on employee labor-related matters. * Implementation and monitoring of the internal work regulations and internal policies. * Coordination of training, onboarding, and performance evaluations. * Support in internal and external audit processes (STPS, IMSS, ISO, etc.). * Preparation of HR reports (turnover, absenteeism, headcount). * Promotion of a healthy work environment and organizational wellness initiatives. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (FLL). * Experience managing payroll and payroll incidents. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
