Job Purpose: Plan, execute, and control EDICOM’s mezzanine construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and specified quality. Your role will be to optimize resources and effectively manage both teams and client expectations to contribute to the company’s profitability. Your Key Responsibilities: Schedule Management: Develop and conduct daily task tracking for each assigned project, ensuring achievement of execution targets. Technical Validation: Review and validate manufacturing drawings, as well as component production timelines with suppliers. Operational Control: Update project status on tracking platforms and conduct regular operational meetings. Supplier Supervision: Support supplier selection, review, and management of external supplier activities. Continuous Improvement: Implement new techniques or methodologies to optimize project execution. Accompaniment: Execute corrective and preventive action plans, reporting progress to various organizational departments. Required Profile: Industrial project management: 3–5 years of experience. PMI methodology. Basic AutoCAD. English B2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting and validating manufacturing drawings. Critical Competencies: High level of organization, attention to detail, and numerical aptitude. Behavioral Profile: We seek a committed, self-directed individual, compliant with standards, and possessing emotional maturity to work under pressure. Negotiation: Ability to manage effective agreements with suppliers and work teams.
