Position Summary: Payroll Analyst (IMSS) for a major food industry company, responsible for payroll preparation and processing as well as related administrative procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Weekly and biweekly payroll preparation and processing 2. Management and procedures for INFONAVIT, IMSS, and FONACOT 3. San Rafael, Guadalajara, Jal.** **We Offer:** * Base salary of $15,100 * Meal vouchers ($700 monthly) * Attendance bonus ($704 monthly) * Punctuality bonus ($704 monthly) * Statutory benefits * Subsidized cafeteria and employee discount * Free monthly product and birthday voucher * Funeral, dental, roadside, and home assistance (plumbing, locksmithing, glazing) * Free medical examinations * Ground ambulance service for emergencies * Discounts on major and minor medical expenses * Discounts at optical stores and specialist clinics **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Responsibilities:** * Weekly and biweekly payroll preparation and processing * Calculation of year-end bonus, profit-sharing (PTU), severance payments, vacation premium, bonuses, meal vouchers, and disbursement * Employee registration, termination, and modifications in IDSE * Data entry and control in SUA * Monthly and bimonthly IMSS calculation and submission * Management and procedures for INFONAVIT, IMSS, and FONACOT * Recording of medical leaves * Distribution and archiving of payroll receipts * Determination of occupational risk premium * Annual payroll tax calculation * Generation of preliminary payroll and personnel file management **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Psychology, or related field * Minimum 2 years of payroll experience * Proficiency in NOMIPAQ * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law, and Income Tax Law (ISR) * Proficiency in IDSE, SUA, SIPARE, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT * Experience in payroll, PTU, severance, and variable compensation calculations Salary: Starting from $17,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
