**Your Job:**We are looking for a **Manager,** **Project Management** to lead and oversee the organization's project portfolio, ensuring objectives are met in terms of time, cost, and quality. This role will supervise and guide Project Managers and their teams to guarantee the successful execution of strategic business initiatives. **Our Team:** You'll join the Molex team in Guadalajara, collaborating with stakeholders and senior leadership to implement best practices in project management and drive continuous improvement across all projects. **What You Will Do:** * Supervise, guide, and support Project Managers in planning, execution, and project closure * Establish standards, methodologies, and best practices for project management * Ensure compliance with project objectives regarding scope, time, cost, and quality * Manage communication between stakeholders and senior leadership * Identify and mitigate risks at the portfolio level * Review and approve project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables * Promote professional development and continuous training for Project Managers * Report progress and results to senior management **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field * Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, including at least 2 years supervising Project Managers * Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum) * Strong leadership, effective communication, and conflict resolution skills * Analytical mindset and results\-oriented approach * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira) **What Will Put You Ahead:** * PMP, PMI\-ACP, or other recognized project management certification * Experience managing projects in the company's specific industry * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency **Who We Are:**As a Koch company, Molex is a globally recognized provider of electronic solutions, enabling innovation in industries ranging from automotive to healthcare.
