Job Summary: We are seeking a sales professional to train car dealership salespeople on the benefits of GPS tracking and improve their sales skills. Key Highlights: 1. Designing and implementing sales training programs. 2. Developing training materials and enhancing sales skills. 3. Teaching technical concepts in a simple and effective manner. The objective is to ensure that salespeople understand the benefits of GPS tracking and how it can benefit their customers, as well as improve their sales skills. Responsibilities Designing and implementing training programs Developing training materials Coaching and supervision Enhancing sales skills Performance evaluation Product knowledge updates Requirements Experience in selling technological services, telecommunications, or B2B services Ability to teach technical concepts in a simple and effective manner. Ability to train salespeople to understand customer needs and present GPS tracking as an effective and cost-efficient solution. Verbal and written communication skills to interact with different levels within the organization and with potential customers. Willingness to travel: in case trainings are conducted at various locations Offers: Base salary Guaranteed bonus for 3 months Statutory benefits Additional food vouchers on top of salary Life insurance upon signing a permanent employment contract Agency working hours from Monday to Saturday; fixed day off on Sundays.
