




Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and responsible Payroll Assistant to manage incidents, pre-payroll processing, and support IMSS-related transactions, ensuring prompt employee service. Direct response to employee payroll inquiries A leading company in audio and lighting electronic products is seeking: PAYROLL ASSISTANT Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processes. Knowledge of payroll incidents, employee onboarding/offboarding, and IMSS-related transactions. Intermediate Excel skills. Basic knowledge of SUA, IDSE, Contpaqi, and Nomipaq (preferred). Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. Responsibilities: Recording and tracking payroll incidents. Preparation and follow-up of pre-payroll. Personnel file management. Support for IMSS-related transactions. Preparation of reports and reconciliations. Addressing employee payroll-related questions.
