Requirements: Technical degree in computer science, systems, or equivalent in a related field Experience as a Field Technical Engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (minimum 6 months of experience) Knowledge: Computer equipment maintenance and repair. Laser printers. Telephony and networking (basic) Structured cabling (desirable) Router, Switch, and Conmutador configuration.* Responsibilities: Diagnose faults reported by the client. Replace parts, track incidents, attend to and close reports. 100% FIELD Job Responsibilities: Promptly resolve incidents and/or requests regarding technical failures occurring with users within the timeframes agreed upon with the client.
